- Ensure smooth business operations at the spa center Should be able to maintain high standards of ethics.
- Enhance revenue from services, memberships and other products to achieve budgets
- Guest servicing and escalation handling
- Ensure brand guidelines are followed
- Execute in-store relevant marketing & activation tools
- Maintain service quality standards at all times while implementation of brand SOP’s
- Making daily & month MIS reports as per systems & software provided
- Live more - Do more-. Tattva has steadily grown to become India's largest chain of spas with over 500 employees and services over 1,000,000+ guests across the city and resort locations all over India.
