?Conducttrainingsatthebranchforallbankingpartnersaroundregulatoryguidelinesandproducts.
?PlanforactivationofbranchesthroughR&Ractivitiestoincreasethepenetrationinactivebranchestorealizefullpotentialofthebankpartnerinthegivengeography
2.RelationshipManagement
?Drivethecampaign/contestforthePartnerBanktodrivesalesinprofitablesegments.
?Assistbankingpartnersinpitchingproducttocrucialcustomers&drivingsalesclosureforthesame.
?Identifycrosssellopportunitiesforexistingcustomers
3.NewAcquisitionBankingPartners
?Gathermarketinformationofpotentialpartner,analyzepartnersprofileandcustomermixtoidentifybestproductfitmentfromBAGICportfolio,assessprofitability&viabilityassessmentofpartnership
?SchedulemeetingswithprospectivebankingclientsandbriefthemaboutBAGICproducts/offerthemlucrativeproductsincoordinationwiththeVerticalHead
4.ServiceOrientation
?Engagewithcrossfunctionalteamstoensureseamlessexecutionofworkacrosschannelsanddeliverdesiredproductivityincludingeverydayservicingandpolicyissuanceetc.
?Gatherrelevantdocumentsfromcustomerpostsalesandsubmitthesametooperationsteamgatheradditionaldata/documentsasrequired
?ResolveoperationalissuesfacedbythepartnerstoensuresmoothexperiencewhileworkingwithBAGIC
?Providesupportforcancellationrequests,policyendorsementsprocess&tracksuchrequestsincoordinationwithinternalopsteamEnsureeaseofprocess&approvalsforpartnersbycoordinatingwithinternalOpsteam
Supportpartnerstoregisterclaimsonbehalfofcustomers,coordinatetoensureapprovalswithinagreedtimelines.
Desirable Skills :
Good communication skills. 2.Flexible & adaptable to change. 3.Well versed with MS Office. 4.Should have good analytical and problem-solving skills.
