Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage team of TBM to launch and establish Ghai Homeo Remedies (GHR) Product range in assigned area.
- Establish and manage relationships with channel partners like
- Establish relationship with associated business community as per strategy of organisation.
- Ensure implementation of marketing and communication by TBM in given budgets and time frame work.
- Ensure timely MIS/ reporting/ market research activities of self and team.
- Deliver sales and growth targets
- Ensure proper communication of year Trade Policy with all Business Associates by you and your TBMs.
- Graduate, preferably MBA in Marketing Management Executive: 3 to 5 years from Homoeopathy / Pharma Industry
