Job Responsibility: Develop robust sales strategies and identify innovations in business development.

Driving business & ensuring sustained growth, focusing on achieving /surpassing sales targets; expanding business reach & creating new sales / leads opportunities.

Ability to lead & recruit relevant sales professionals (specially BMs, Area Heads etc.) to enable scaling up of the business including broking (80 PERCENT ) as well as WM products (20 PERCENT ).

Responsible for profit & loss of the vertical as per the strategic plan.

Sound understanding of Equities, Mutual Funds, PMS and alternative investments are critical for the job.

Ability to directly build and manage HNI & UHNI relationships.

Would be responsible for expanding the client base in all regions through combination of both direct as well as indirect channel.

A real Team player with ability to motivate and encourage the reporting team to excel in performance and achieve results.

Core Requirements: Leadership skills are a must.

Strong analytic skills with experience in statistical modelling and analysis

Excellent communication (oral & written),

Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills will self-driven approach.

Strong business acumen and industry expertise.

Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions.

Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets

Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization.

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services

Proven ability to position products against competitors

Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions

Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
