Job Description

Manage the sales and distribution framework in the assigned area as per

Strategies, budgets and time frame work.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage team of TBM to launch and establish Ghai Homeo Remedies (GHR) Product range in assigned area.
Establish and manage relationships with channel partners like

distributors / stockists/ dealers/ Pharmacies/ Institutions (Hospitals)/ Army, police, / etc.

Establish relationship with associated business community as per strategy of organisation.
Ensure implementation of marketing and communication by TBM in given budgets and time frame work.
Ensure timely MIS/ reporting/ market research activities of self and team.
Deliver sales and growth targets
Ensure proper communication of year Trade Policy with all Business Associates by you and your TBMs.

Qualifications

Graduate, preferably MBA in Marketing Management Executive: 3 to 5 years from Homoeopathy / Pharma Industry

Raipur, Jabalpur , Mumbai, Nagpur, Moradabad
