Application Engineer - RDT

Job Description:

• The candidate would be responsible for suggesting and implementing the right applications for the customers and support regional team with product support on performance.
• The mission is to support region and customers with correct applications and perform successful trails and training.
• Candidate will have to settle internal and external product related claims, this would require regular interaction with partners and stockiest.
• The candidate requires regular correspondence with Product companies and Marketing team.
• The candidate would also be responsible for providing technical feedback on product performance and development of new products, conducting successful trial for new products and provide feedback to the factory for further improvement on products.
• The candidate would be responsible to provide training to operators and contract team/Regional team about care and maintenance of Rock tools to get maximum service.
• The candidate will work towards complete customer satisfaction for DTH and Rotary products and its application.
  

Qualification, Skills, and Experience:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mining.
• Experience of 5 to 8 years, preferably from service background.
• Experience of handling /working under different applications and sites/contracts would be preferred.
• Knowledge about underground mining /surface applications /RDT tools would be an added advantage.
• DTH and Rotary products & application will be preferred.
• Should be Interactive, good in verbal and written communication, Team building skills.
• Should have a dare to think new approach and innovative with customer in focus.
