Laptop Support Engineer

Printer & Scanner Installation and Configuration on the Client Side
Excellent technical and supervisory skills involving Installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Hand Work on scheduled audits (User access permissions, Inventory management, review security groups, Anti-Virus).
Installation of Windows XP, 7, 10 OS.
Knowledge of virtualization like Hyper-V, VMware, etc.
Maintaining and Troubleshooting clients' Workstations, Desktop and Printer, and Related Quires.
Managed to install and configure Operating System & IE Patch Updates.
Plan and implement upgrades needed to maintain security and compliance.
Provide application support on, Windows Diagnose problems and provide quick solutions in a limited time.
Provide Remote Support over VNC Clients, M-Teams, Team viewers, any desk, and windows Utilities.
Excellent in drafting Troubleshooting and day-to-day procedures
