Job Purpose
Responsible for network uptime for radio in Nokia/Ericsson RAN & TN, RTN, FPR, NEC MWs of different OEMs-Ericsson, Huawei, Nokia, NEC. Focus to improve the network KPIs for all technology. Support to improve the network KPIs for all technology. Liasoning with Vendors and cost reduction
Key Result
Areas/Accountabilities
- Network uptime for all technology in the cluster.
- Plan & Supervise corrective and preventive maintenance to improve Network quality of the cluster for maintaining the operational KPI’s for 2G & 4G network.
- MW uptime and ensure the visibility of nodes in the NMS.
- Liasoning with IP vendors and local authorities to improve the network performance and better customer experience.
- Ensure discipline in Asset / Inventory / Spare management documentation to have right track of Network assets
- Co-ordination with MTX team
- MW traffic shifting
Core Competencies,
Knowledge, Experience
- Sound knowledge on troubleshooting of Nokia/Ericsson RAN
Nodes
- Good knowledge on OSS , ENM, Mycom, BSC etc
- Good technical skills in MW domain, especially Traffic node
of Ericsson, RTN in Huawei, FPR in Nokia & NECs
- Skills required for faster diagnosis & improve the availability
- Analytical and communication skill set.
- Experience- minimum 8-10 years of experience in BSS O&M
RAN domain Nokia and Ericsson
- Administration and team building ability
Must have technical / professional qualifications
- B.E in Electronics and Communication.
- Sound technical skill set/ knowledge of BSS
RAN/MW/OSS/ENM/BSC
- Managing team.
