Job Summary

Xylem Learning is hiring Zoology Faculty for its Hybrid Batch designed for entrance exam repeaters preparing for NEET. The role involves delivering advanced-level conceptual teaching, problem-solving strategies, and exam-focused guidance through both offline and online modes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach Zoology for NEET aspirants (repeaters) as per the competitive syllabus.
  • Deliver both offline classroom sessions and online live classes in a hybrid learning model.
  • Design and deliver engaging lessons focused on conceptual clarity, application, and exam-oriented preparation.
  • Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions and provide personalized mentoring.
  • Prepare high-quality assignments, tests, and practice materials tailored for NEET success.
  • Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated with the latest NEET exam trends, question patterns, and syllabus changes.

Qualifications

Educational Requirements:

  • MSc (Zoology)
  • BTech / MTech (with strong Biology/Zoology background)

Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year of teaching experience for NEET coaching.
  • Freshers with exceptional subject knowledge and communication skills may also be considered.
