Job Summary
Xylem Learning is hiring Zoology Faculty for its Hybrid Batch designed for entrance exam repeaters preparing for NEET. The role involves delivering advanced-level conceptual teaching, problem-solving strategies, and exam-focused guidance through both offline and online modes.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach Zoology for NEET aspirants (repeaters) as per the competitive syllabus.
- Deliver both offline classroom sessions and online live classes in a hybrid learning model.
- Design and deliver engaging lessons focused on conceptual clarity, application, and exam-oriented preparation.
- Conduct regular doubt-clearing sessions and provide personalized mentoring.
- Prepare high-quality assignments, tests, and practice materials tailored for NEET success.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Stay updated with the latest NEET exam trends, question patterns, and syllabus changes.
Qualifications
Educational Requirements:
- MSc (Zoology)
- BTech / MTech (with strong Biology/Zoology background)
Experience:
- Minimum 1 year of teaching experience for NEET coaching.
- Freshers with exceptional subject knowledge and communication skills may also be considered.
