Qualifications And Skills
- Product Knowledge in gardening products
- Experience in Market Research and analysis
- Proven track record in Channel Sales and achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in Sales Strategy development
- Ability to manage Dealer & Distributor Network effectively
- Excellent Customer Relationship Management skills
- Bachelor's degree in preferred.
- Must have experience of min 5 -7 yrs in market Sales.
- Proven experience in a similar role as a ZSM or in a related position within the industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Indore zone
- Manage and grow dealer & distributor network for increased market penetration
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective CRM practices
- Making long term and short team goals for business development of company.
- Coordinating between Company and field staff for dispatches of products.
- Keep in regular contact with dealers and distributors to enhance sales in the market.
- Monitoring activities, products and services of the competitors.
- Maintain the data of sales per month and give the reports to the reporting head.
- To make the different sales strategy to achieve the sales target.
