Role: Zonal Agency Head

Location: Lucknow & Ranchi

Experience: 9+ years in agency channel development (preferably in General Insurance)

Roles and responsibilities

1. Build and maintain relationships with agency partners in the scope

2. Drive top-line with healthy business mix and strong bottom line across LOBs and Products

3. Coordinate and Manage cross functional projects including stakeholders from Actuarial, UW, Marketing, Ops etc to drive channels and support locations in growing

4. Drive agency business for motor.
