Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Workday solutions focusing on the finance module to enhance business processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure the integration of Workday solutions with existing systems to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members ensuring best practices are followed.
- Oversee the development and testing of Workday configurations to ensure they meet business needs.
- Monitor and troubleshoot Workday applications to ensure optimal performance and resolve issues promptly.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Workday processes and configurations to support ongoing operations.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are equipped to utilize Workday solutions effectively.
- Stay updated with the latest Workday features and enhancements to recommend improvements.
- Participate in project planning and execution to ensure timely delivery of Workday solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements using Workday.
- Analyze business requirements and provide recommendations for Workday enhancements.
- Support the finance and accounting teams by providing insights and solutions that align with their objectives.
- Possess a strong understanding of Workday particularly in the finance module.
- Have a background in finance and accounting to effectively support related business processes.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
- Show proficiency in documenting technical processes and configurations for future reference.
- Be adaptable to changing business needs and able to recommend appropriate Workday solutions.
