(THE ROLE)

Workday Recruiting consultant

(responsibilities)

• Involves configuration and testing of Workday Recruiting modules
• provide L1, L2 and L3 supports for multiple clients in Workday recruiting
• Involves requirement gathering, configuration and testing for the Workday implementation project in Workday recruiting modules
• Conduct Customer confirmation session as part of Implementation
  
  

(requirements)

• Candidate should have 3+ years of experience in Workday Recruiting module.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Master’s degree in related areas is an advantage.
• Workday recruiting certification is preferable but not mandate
• good communication skill and client facing skill
• should have experience in Workday implementation and support projects in Workday recruiting
• should have experience on handling deliverables for multiple clients
