  • Conduct in-process line inspection at various welding stages to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Monitor and evaluate job progress during fabrication, identifying and addressing any issues that may impact the quality of the final product.
  • Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and improvements in welding processes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed inspection records for future reference and analysis.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum CGPA of 7.5.
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience in welding inspection, preferably in Bus Body Building, Fabrication, or Manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of welding processes and quality standards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills in Tamil, English, and Hindi.
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
