Customer Engagement:
- Conduct outbound welcome calls to new customers within defined timelines post-sale.
- Accurately log and confirm critical customer data (email, mobile, nationality, payment terms, project details, etc.) in the CRM system.
- Identify and flag discrepancies or missing information to the relevant teams.
- Capture early warning signs of potential dissatisfaction or confusion to prevent DSAT and escalations.
- Coordinate with back-office and sales support teams for any data correction or confirmation needs.
- Adhere to daily calling targets and time zone-specific coverage, especially across international markets.
- Maintain a warm, professional tone aligned with the brand’s customer experience values.
- Ensure call outcomes are updated accurately and promptly in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce).
- Follow SOPs for data privacy, consent, and customer interaction protocols.
- Escalate any red-flag cases to supervisors in real time.
- Contribute to weekly and monthly performance reporting as required
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing or call center role
- Familiarity with the real estate industry or post-sales customer journey is an advantage
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
