What You'll Do
The Marketing Technology & Operations team is seeking an additional Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team of digital professionals to ensure our global corporate web sites continue to meet our high standard of reliability and accessibility for our customers and ourselves. You will report to the senior manager on the web development and operations team and work closely with our existing teams of developers, designers, content admins, product owners, quality assurance, and stakeholders, while tracking and managing QA tasks and regressions across multiple sites and systems. The QA analyst in this role will ensure all essential areas of web sites ecosystem maintain the highest levels against web standards, content direction, design systems, functional requirements, and test cases.

What You'll Do
- Website testing and quality assurance
- Manual and automated testing against functional requirements and content documents
- Ensure site development and optimization meets functional, visual, cross-browser, and cross-device validation
- Support code deployments and content updates with regression checks on pre-production and production environments
- Track defect entry and workflow in Jira with Acceptance Criteria and Steps to Reproduce
- Verify Trello cards and related web pages and content for completeness and correctness
- Communicate on test status and defects found with team members and stakeholders
- Develop test plans and procedures based on requirements

What Makes You a Qualified Candidate
- Must have 3-5 years of digital quality assurance experience testing
- Tracking progress and metrics for quality assurance in Jira, Confluence, and Trello
- Experience with Website testing including bug tracking and UI/UX manual testing
- Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively with team members to follow set priorities
- Attention to detail, organizational with effective verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional knowledge of content development lifecycle and test practices
- Experience with high level best practices for website Accessibility with standards like WCAG 2. 1, and SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Familiarity with design and development practices and Agile release processes
- Knowledge of or experience with interactive technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Vue, C#, ASP. NET, other similar languages/technology
- Experience with Azure DevOps or similar build deployment processes
- Experience creating new test plans and test automation with systems like Selenium or Playwright
- Experience working across multi-lingual environments including English, German, French, Japanese, and Korean languages
