Role Objective/Summary
The SDE 2 for Consumer Apps (Web technology React JS) will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance web applications using React JS. This role requires a deep understanding of web development best practices and the ability to deliver scalable, user-friendly solutions.
Roles And Responsibilities
Develop and maintain web applications using React JS, ensuring high performance and responsiveness.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to define, design, and ship new features.
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on performance and scalability.
Perform code reviews and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
Identify and resolve bottlenecks, bugs, and performance issues.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in web development.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in security and data privacy.
Candidate Specifications
Academics
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
3-5 years of experience in web development with React JS.
Technical & Behavioural Skills
Proficiency in JavaScript and React JS.
Strong understanding of web UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries integration.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes for web development is a plus.
