Overview
We are seeking a data savvy Global Web Analytics Specialist with experience working in A/B Testing Software, Google Analytics (UA and GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Looker Studio.The focus of this role is to support the Web Analytics team by building tests and monitoring performance, updating tags, variable or triggers in Google Tab Manager, and utilize Google Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio) to create visual reports with the appropriate data sources and apply filters as needed. This person will work with the Sr. Global Web Analytics Manager to support the analytics team with building, tracking, and reporting metrics.

Overview
We are seeking a data savvy Global Web Analytics Specialist with experience working in A/B Testing Software, Google Analytics (UA and GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Looker Studio.The focus of this role is to support the Web Analytics team by building tests and monitoring performance, updating tags, variable or triggers in Google Tab Manager, and utilize Google Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio) to create visual reports with the appropriate data sources and apply filters as needed. This person will work with the Sr. Global Web Analytics Manager to support the analytics team with building, tracking, and reporting metrics.
How You'll Make An Impact
- Build tests within A/B Testing software, monitor performance, and report on results
- Utilize Google Analytics data to build standardized Data Studio reports and dashboards
- Actively review reports to look for data anomalies and perform further analysis if needed
- Maintain and implement site tagging and tracking of user via Google Tag Manager, including creating custom events and other setup in GA4 where needed
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant Website Analytics experience required.
- 5+years of experience in web analytics, in a B2B environment
- Experience building A/B tests and working with tools such as Optimizely, AB Tasty, or VWO
- Experience with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Experience debugging analytics implementations with developer console or browser plugins
- Experience using Google Tag Manager and Google Data Studio
- Experience working with research or design teams is a plus
- Self-starter able to operate with minimal guidance
