Digital Marketing Manager Job Responsibility Key Responsibilities: Campaign Management:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, display ads, and social media campaigns.
  • Manage the performance of paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize website content to improve search engine rankings and visibility.

Content Creation & Strategy:

  • Collaborate with content writers and designers to produce engaging content for blogs, landing pages, social media, newsletters, and promotional materials.
  • Develop a content calendar aligned with stock market events, trading seasons, and product launches.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow the company's social media presence across multiple platforms.
  • Create and curate relevant and timely content tailored to different audiences (retail investors, HNIs, traders).
  • Engage with the online community, respond to inquiries, and build a strong customer following.

Lead Generation & Nurturing:

  • Implement lead generation strategies through digital channels such as paid ads, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Optimize landing pages and lead generation forms to maximize conversions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to client acquisition.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track, analyze, and report on digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, etc.
  • Measure KPIs such as website traffic, conversion rates, cost-per-lead (CPL), return on ad spend (ROAS), etc.
  • Use data insights to optimize ongoing campaigns and make data-driven decisions for future campaigns.

SEO & SEM:

  • Conduct keyword research and optimize web pages for SEO to increase organic search rankings.
  • Manage PPC campaigns and perform A/B testing to improve ad performance and ROI.

Email Marketing:

  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns targeting new and existing clients.
  • Segment email lists based on customer behavior and trading preferences.

Market Research:

  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging marketing technologies.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify client needs and opportunities for new marketing initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Increase in website traffic and engagement (measured through metrics such as sessions, bounce rate, and time on site).
  • Growth in social media followers and engagement rate.
  • Improvement in search engine rankings for relevant stock broking keywords.
  • Number of quality leads generated per month and conversion rates.
  • Cost-per-lead (CPL) and return on investment (ROI) for paid marketing campaigns.
  • Email open and click-through rates (CTR).

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Hootsuite, and other marketing tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data for campaign optimization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
