Job Summary

We seek a organized and tech-savvy Warehouse Support to assist in managing our warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent computer skills, typing speed, and proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word. Effective communication and follow-up skills are essential for interacting with dealers and parties.

Key Responsibilities

Computer and Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain accurate records and databases.
• Utilize MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) for reporting, documentation, and communication.
• Ensure timely data entry and updates.
• Generate reports and perform basic data analysis.
• Oversee dispatches
  
  

Communication And Follow-up

• Coordinate with dealers, parties, and internal teams.
• Collect and verify Proof of Delivery (POD) documents.
• Follow up on pending deliveries, payments, and documentation.
• Respond to queries and resolve issues promptly.
  
  

Warehouse Operations

• Assist in inventory management and stock control.
• Verify and update stock levels, receipts, and issuances.
• Support warehouse staff in day-to-day operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  
  

Requirements

• Computer literacy (MS Office, particularly Excel and Word).
• Good typing speed (min. 30 wpm).
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
