Objective

To oversee and manage warehouse operations efficiently, ensuring smooth inventory management, timely dispatches, and compliance with safety and quality standards. The Warehouse Supervisor will play a key role in optimizing processes to meet organisational goals.

Inventory Management

• Monitor and maintain stock levels.
• Conduct regular stock checks and update inventory records.
  
  

Team Supervision

• Lead and manage warehouse staff for smooth operations.
• Delegate tasks and ensure they are completed efficiently.
  
  

Order Processing

• Ensure timely and accurate picking, packing, and dispatch of orders.
• Coordinate with the logistics team for deliveries.
  
  

Warehouse Organization

• Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and well-organized.
• Arrange products systematically for easy accessibility.
  
  

Quality Control

• Check incoming and outgoing goods for quality and quantity.
• Address damaged or defective products promptly.
  
  

Safety And Compliance

• Ensure adherence to safety guidelines and company policies.
• Train team members on safe handling practices.
  
  

Documentation And Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of stock movements and transactions.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports for management review.
  
  

Coordination

• Work closely with other departments like procurement, sales, and logistics.
• Resolve any warehouse-related issues efficiently.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
• Education: Any Bachelor's degree.
• Skills:
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Strong analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
