Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer calls efficiently, addressing queries, concerns, and
requests.
Deliver prompt and professional support, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Clearly Explain Company Policies, Benefits, And Services To Customers.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
Work towards resolution of customer issues while adhering to internal quality
standards.
Mandatory Requirements
Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Must be a resident of Naya Raipur or neighbouring town.
Minimum educational qualification: Intermediate (12th pass).
Immediate availability to join.
