Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of sales agents to achieve sales targets
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase business growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business
Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and maximum results
Requirements
1+ years of experience in Field sales in any related field
Proven track record of achieving sales targets
Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends and opportunities for growth
