POSITION

As the "Director of Software Engineering (all genders)", you will serve as a pivotal catalyst for innovation, steering a team of 100+ highly proficient engineers. Your core responsibility will be to successfully introduce pioneering SaaS platforms to the global market. This role necessitates a hands-on individual with a robust engineering background, remarkable leadership acumen, and a proven track record of driving innovation while leveraging data insights. Your visionary leadership style will be key in galvanizing and inspiring the team, instilling a culture of synergy, ingenuity, and ongoing growth.

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related technical discipline is required, with a Master's degree being highly preferred.
  • Track Record of Success: You must have a proven track record of orchestrating successful SaaS platform launches, effectively penetrating the market and driving adoption.
  • Leadership Experience: You should possess a minimum of 5 years of seasoned leadership experience, overseeing teams of 100+ Engineers/Data Scientists. Your leadership acumen should be demonstrated through measurable achievements and team growth.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: A notable proficiency in data-driven analysis is essential, enabling you to make strategic decisions grounded in empirical evidence rather than assumptions.
