Job Purpose

Design, develop and deploy standardized programs for Trainees (MTs, GETs, Graduate Trainees, Interns, DETs etc.) at the Group level.

This position is responsible for overseeing and managing learning technology implementation within the organization. The role involves coordinating with stakeholders, managing budgets, ensuring the integration of new technologies, and overseeing the enhancement of learning systems and experience. This will also involve overseeing the strategy and execution of user learning initiatives, ensuring that user base is not only knowledgeable about digital solutions/tools/products but fully engaged in their use.

The role holder shall build the solution architecture & possess a deep understanding of user experience design and analytics, allowing them to identify and implement the best practices that enhance user learning and engagement for different use cases (workforce upskilling, academies and extended enterprise) and scenarios (SaaS, B2B, B2C).

Key Accountabilities

Learning Tech Strategy and Best Practices

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess the requirement of learning experience and accordingly develop use cases for B2B and B2C scenarios.
  • Identify functional specifications to meet identified organization needs & defined use cases.


Development of Learning Tech Stack

  • Evaluate existing learning platforms and recommend enhancements to improve user experience and learning outcomes.
  • Conduct Market research on new learning technologies (SaaS, B2B, B2C) and tools for informed decision-making
  • Continuously scope, evaluate & identify appropriate learning & talent technology tech stack.
  • Work with IT/Infosec & Cloud Security to evaluate integration possibilities with existing Learning platform.


Procurement of Learning Tech

  • Prepare Scope, deliverables, SLA, functions & features etc. for purchase of the learning tech and ensure its completeness
  • Drive Technical Evaluation of various proposals received from learning product vendors.


Implementation

  • Configure and deploying multiple learning technologies (SaaS, B2B and B2C).
  • Continuously seek enhancements and improvements as per evolving use cases.
  • Ensure seamless integration of new technology and learning deliverables with our existing system. Ensure configuration of tech to suit B2B and B2C use cases.


User Engagement Strategy

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive user learning strategy that enhances user experience, engagement and retention.
  • Lead the design of effective training strategies and programs tailored to users' needs.


Continuously scout for industry trends and best practices in user education, leveraging insights to enhance learning programs.

Learning Adoption and User Experience

  • Post deployment, launch & proactively drive initiatives towards improving/ influencing usage, adoption & engagement.
  • Continuously run diagnostics to discover improvement areas – customer experience, UI & UX, personalization, learning journeys, content mix, content relevance and learning outcomes.
  • Define learning mediums to be deployed to deliver the best learning experience for SaaS, B2B, B2C.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and alignment in user learning messaging and materials.

Learning Analytics and Reporting

  • Report on the performance of user learning initiatives, providing stakeholders with updates and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Develop & configure analytics metrics in line with learning goals on the integrated learning tech stack.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of user learning data and metrics.

  • Integrate reporting with other BI tools as per GMR need.
  • Design and conduct qualitative and quantitative research studies to assess the impact of learning programs.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations while handling sensitive learner information.
  • Support in improving the features/ functionality/ reporting capability of the BI tool
  • Assist in the development of new BI reports based on management


Change Management

  • Design and deliver training sessions and workshops to educators and staff on the effective use of learning technologies.
  • Develop and implement an effective communications strategy to sensitize the critical stakeholders during and after the implementation of new learning solutions regarding the usage and advantages of the same.


Vendor Management

  • Manage budget & license agreements/contracts with 3rd party learning technology and tool providers.


Learning Tech Evaluation

  • Develop metrics to assess the effectiveness of learning technologies.
  • Report on the evaluation outcomes to key stakeholders.

Education Qualifications

  • B.Tech. and MBA preferably majoring in HR.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of learning technology (SaaS, B2B, B2C), LMS, HRMS, AI/ML, Talent Analytics, LXP
  • Strong analytical skills to assess content effectiveness and employee learning needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools to manage multiple learning projects.


Relevant Experience

15-18 years of experience in learning technology management on both sides (service provider and client), user engagement & analytics
