Job Overview: We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced Virtual Assistant to manage and optimize our Amazon store and other eCommerce platforms, including Walmart. This role will involve a combination of product listings management, marketing strategy implementation, inventory oversight, and customer service. The ideal candidate should have experience with Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, and a solid understanding of eCommerce operations and digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Amazon Store Management:
    • Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon, ensuring accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing.
    • Monitor inventory levels, assist with restocking, and track order fulfillment.
    • Perform regular audits on listings to ensure they align with Amazon’s best practices for visibility and conversion.
    • Implement Amazon advertising campaigns (PPC), analyze performance, and optimize for better ROI.
    • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction and positive reviews.
  • Walmart Marketplace Management:
    • Manage product listings on Walmart Marketplace, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
    • Develop marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales on Walmart, including promotions and discounts.
    • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is available for timely fulfillment.
  • Digital Marketing and Promotion:
    • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns across Amazon, Walmart, and other eCommerce platforms.
    • Leverage email marketing, social media, and paid advertising to increase brand visibility and sales.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to optimize product promotions, discounts, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Performance Analytics and Reporting:
    • Track and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and marketing campaign performance across all platforms.
    • Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
    • Suggest improvements based on performance data to increase overall sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service:
    • Manage and respond to customer queries and issues via Amazon and Walmart's messaging systems.
    • Resolve customer complaints and returns, ensuring prompt and effective solutions to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Other eCommerce Platforms (if applicable):
    • Assist with product listings, marketing, and order management on additional eCommerce platforms (e.g., eBay, Shopify, Etsy, etc.).
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and updates on eCommerce platforms to implement new strategies for growth.
Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing Amazon Seller Central and Walmart Marketplace accounts.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce operations, including product listing optimization, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
  • Experience with Amazon PPC campaigns and Walmart’s advertising tools.
  • Solid knowledge of digital marketing strategies (email marketing, social media, SEO, paid ads).
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce tools and platforms such as Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Shopify, or similar is a plus.
  • Customer service experience is highly desirable.

Preferred

  • Experience managing other online marketplaces such as eBay, Shopify, or Etsy.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central Reports, or similar.
  • Experience with tools for automating tasks and marketing (e.g., Hootsuite, Zapier).

Working Hours

  • This is a remote position. Flexibility in working hours is expected, with a focus on meeting deadlines and managing time effectively.
