Position Overview

Are you someone who lives and breathes social media trends, influencer culture, and organic brand storytelling?

SMIFS Limited is seeking a Viral Marketing & Branding Executive who can develop creative, high-impact marketing strategies that drive engagement, boost brand awareness, and strengthen our online reputation — all through organic, influencer-driven, and viral campaigns.

This role is perfect for someone who understands both creativity and credibility — crafting viral campaigns that align with a financial institution’s brand values.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute viral digital marketing campaigns to increase brand visibility and audience engagement organically.
• Identify, connect, and collaborate with finance influencers, YouTubers, bloggers, and thought leaders to build strong online partnerships.
• Develop branding strategies that highlight SMIFS Limited’s credibility in wealth management, stock broking, and financial services.
• Create video content ideas, reels, and storytelling campaigns that make finance simple, relatable, and shareable.
• Manage and grow SMIFS’ social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook.
• Track and analyze content performance to improve reach, engagement, and follower quality.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing and Design teams to maintain consistent brand voice, tone, and aesthetics across all platforms.
• Research emerging digital trends, viral formats, and influencer ecosystems to keep SMIFS ahead of the curve.
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related fields.
• 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media strategy, or branding (preferably in financial or fintech companies).
• Strong understanding of SEO, SMM, digital storytelling, and organic engagement growth.
• Excellent communication, networking, and creative thinking skills.
• Ability to turn complex financial topics into engaging, easy-to-understand campaigns.
• A passion for creating content that connects, educates, and inspires audiences organically.
