Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and creative Videographer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in capturing high-quality video content, possess excellent editing skills, and have a strong ability to tell a compelling visual story. The Videographer will work closely with the creative team to produce videos that align with our company’s objectives and resonate with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Capture & Production
• Capture high-quality video content for a variety of projects.
• Plan and set up video shoots, ensuring proper lighting, camera setup, and audio equipment.
• Conduct interviews and capture b-roll footage as required.
• Handle live streaming for events.
• Video Editing & Post-Production
• Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using industry-standard software.
• Add music, voice-overs, sound effects, and visual effects to enhance video content.
• Ensure that videos are optimized for various platforms and audiences.
• Collaboration & Planning
• Work closely with the creative team to develop video concepts.
• Ensure that all video content aligns with the company's brand guidelines.
• Manage video archives and organize footage for easy access.
• Maintenance & Continuous Learning
• Operate and maintain video equipment to ensure top-quality production.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continually improve video content.
  

Editor-Specific Responsibilities

• Editing Techniques:
• Use editing software to assemble raw footage into a cohesive narrative.
• Apply techniques like splicing, color correction, and trimming to create a compelling video.
• Add music, sound effects, and voice-overs to enhance the footage.
• Visual Effects & Optimization:
• Integrate special visual effects to enhance footage.
• Optimize the video for various platforms and audiences, ensuring high-quality output.
  

Animator-Specific Responsibilities

• Image Creation & Animation:
• Create images using digital or hand-drawn pictures, models, or puppets.
• Work in various animation styles, including 2D, 3D, stop-motion, or computer-generated animation.
• Collaboration:
• Work in a collaborative environment and embrace feedback from team members to refine and enhance animations.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Proven experience as a videographer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting techniques, and audio equipment.
• A creative mindset with an eye for detail.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with motion graphics and visual effects is a plus.
• Experience with live streaming is advantageous.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, or a related field is preferred.
