A college vice principal’s responsibilities include:
Pay: ₹80,000.00 – ₹100,000.00 per month

- Curriculum development: Working with the principal to develop and manage the curriculum, teaching, and learning policies
- Staff management: Assisting the principal in hiring new teaching staff, and overseeing their professional development
- Academic policy: Developing and delivering a consistent academic policy across the college
- Student support: Maintaining records of student leave notes and medical records, and checking student attendance
- Administrative tasks: Performing other duties as assigned by the principal, such as acting as principal in their absence
- Communication: Communicating with teachers and staff to ensure they feel valued and supported
- School culture: Leading an affirming and joyful culture for students
- Operations: Supporting the leadership team in executing school operational systems
Pay: ₹80,000.00 – ₹100,000.00 per month
