Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily property management operations, ensuring alignment with JPMorgan Chase standards and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with security, Resiliency , technology, and support partners to maintain a safe and healthy environment for our employees and service partners
- Implement sustainability initiatives, focusing on renewable energy, waste management, and efficient systems.
- Manage lease renewals and coordinate with landlords and functional teams to support the real estate strategy for Bengaluru.
- Oversee vendor management, ensuring service delivery meets KPIs and compliance with local laws.
- Guide financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and adherence to financial controls.
- Lead capital projects and collaborate on new developments, ensuring successful execution and delivery.
- Oversee fire, life safety, and environmental health programs.
- Engage with key stakeholders to enhance workplace experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Hotel Management.
- 15+ years of experience in real estate property operations, preferably within multinational financial institutions.
- Strong results orientation with a focus on meeting deadlines, financial targets, and project goals.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and administrative management skills.
- Ability to manage complex and changing priorities across a diverse property portfolio.
- Strategic and holistic thinking regarding business units' unique real estate needs.
- Proven ability to attract and retain staff, fostering a team atmosphere that encourages discussion and creative thinking.
- Experience in managing real estate operations within multinational financial institutions.
- Familiarity with innovative real estate service delivery methods to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Strong ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and deliver well-organized presentations.
- Proven track record of setting measurable expectations and holding vendors and partners accountable to high standards.
