Job Overview

JJ Industries is seeking a Junior Vertical Machining Center Operator for a full-time role based in Indore. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in CNC machining and a strong understanding of blueprint reading and precision measurement tools. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic team in a leading manufacturing company.

Qualifications And Skills

• CNC Machining (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated proficiency in operating CNC machines, ensuring accuracy and precision in projects.
• Blueprint Reading (Mandatory skill): Ability to interpret and understand technical drawings and blueprints for precise manufacturing.
• Precision Measurement Tools (Mandatory skill): Competency in using calipers, micrometers, and other measurement tools essential for precision work.
• Machine Maintenance: Experience in routine machine upkeep and troubleshooting to maintain optimal functionality.
• Problem Solving: Analytical skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions promptly to minimize downtime.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure all parts are manufactured to exact specifications and high standards.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Monitored machine operation to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Operated and maintained Vertical Machining Centers to produce high-precision components as per engineering drawings and specifications.
• Conducted machine setups, including tool changes, fixture installations, and program loading.
• Supervised the machines while they executed the tasks and made any necessary adjustments to produce a better result.
• Inspected and measured finished products and compared them with requirements to determine if the process had been completed properly.
• Operated and controlled VMC machines to perform machining tasks.
• Loaded raw materials onto the machine and unloaded finished products.
