Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vendor Relations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in Vendor Relations and will be responsible for managing relationships with our vendors to ensure the smooth operation of our business. The Vendor Relations Manager will play a key role in negotiating contracts, resolving disputes, and maintaining positive relationships with our vendors.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors.
• Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise with vendors.
• Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure vendor needs are met.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Conduct regular vendor performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Vendor Relations or a related field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Familiarity with procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and vendor selection.
• Proficiency in data analysis to monitor vendor performance, track KPIs, and identify trends.
