Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Client Acquisition Manager to join our staffing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential companies with hiring needs, building strong relationships, and successfully onboarding them as clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential companies for recruitment and staffing services.
• Develop and implement strategies to onboard new clients with hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with HR heads, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
• Understand client hiring needs, job descriptions, and industry requirements.
• Negotiate and close business deals with companies looking for recruitment support.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure successful hiring and client satisfaction.
• Track and manage client acquisition targets and business growth metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in client acquisition, business development, or B2B sales (preferably in recruitment/staffing).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Understanding of recruitment and staffing industry trends.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
• Experience using CRM tools and lead generation platforms is a plus.
