UX/UI Designer

What You’ll Do

At Sapiens we develop B2B and B2C software solutions that help insurance providers mitigate the complexity of their business. We focus on creating meaningful customer journeys both for insurers as well as end-users. You will be part of a project, aiming at rethinking the entire user experience for insurance employees and becoming an essential part of this project.

You will join a small creative design team and collaborate closely with UX-UI designers and stakeholders to innovate and lift the overall UI and design quality before hand-off to Development teams.

In This Role You Will

• Collaborate with UX-UI designers and stakeholders to clearly define and implement innovative solutions for the visuals and the experience
• Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to development teams, using Figma as primary tool
• Contribute to ideation and sketching sessions, storyboards, user- and process flows
• Create and deliver components, mockups and high-fidelity prototypes for user tests
• Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to executive level stakeholders
• Participate in sprint reviews and evaluate development implementation
• Participate in accessibility, usability and user testing of solutions
• Collaborate to expand and maintain the Sapiens UI Design Suite library
  
  

What To Have For This Position

Must have Skills: -

• Demonstrable UI design skills with a strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Figma as this is our primary design tool
• Experience with enterprise UI design
• Solid experience in creating low-fi/high-fi prototypes, process flows and site maps
• General understanding of UX-UI methods and processes.
• Experience with UI front-end technologies as HTML5, CSS3 and Java as well as frameworks - Libraries (e.g., React, Vue.js, Angular) is a huge advantage.
  
  

Ability to present your designs and your solutions to various stakeholders

• Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
• Relevant educational background
• Fluent in English
• To thrive in this role, you will have at least a couple of years’ experience in a similar role and a track record of designing user-oriented and engaging products.
• You are familiar with several design tools and processes – particularly Figma. Please note that it will be an advantage if you have experience of working with enterprise software targeted professional users.
