UX Designer

We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer with a strong background in designing web applications. The ideal candidate should have 3-4 years of hands-on experience in creating seamless, user-friendly interfaces for web-based platforms. A deep understanding of user-centered design principles, as well as experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, is essential. Experience in the travel industry will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead UX design for web applications, ensuring an intuitive and delightful user experience.
• Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to understand user needs and behaviors.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for new features and updates to existing web applications.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs meet business goals and technical feasibility.
• Create and maintain design systems and UI pattern libraries to ensure consistency across products.
• Analyze and interpret user feedback and analytics to iteratively improve designs.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends, tools, and technologies, and apply best practices to projects.
• Assist in creating user flows, journey maps, and personas based on research findings.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in UX design, with a focus on web applications.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work for web applications, demonstrating expertise in wireframing, prototyping, and visual design.
• Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and web accessibility standards.
• Experience in conducting user research, usability testing, and analyzing user data.
• Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and effectively to cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Agile development processes and working in collaborative, fast-paced environments.
• Understanding of information architecture and interaction design.
• Experience with design systems and UI consistency across multiple platforms.
