Position Summary

Level: Senior Solution Delivery Lead

As an experienced Senior Solution Delivery Lead at Deloitte Consulting, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements.

Work you’ll do:

This role ensures the stability, security, and efficiency of IAM operations, supporting both technical and business stakeholders.

• Lead high-priority Saviynt IAM managed services operations, ensuring end-to-end service excellence, stability, and client satisfaction.
• Drive service improvement initiatives, process optimization, and automation across multiple accounts/environments.
• Manage escalations and advanced troubleshooting, interfacing with technology vendors and cross-functional teams as needed.
• Lead medium-to-large-scale implementation/enhancement projects, guiding requirements analysis, solution design, and execution.
• Develop and review operational and governance reports for client leadership, highlighting key metrics and strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate in the development of thought leadership on managed IAM services, including contributing to whitepapers or client workshops.
• Champion business development by advising on Saviynt service delivery models, transition plans, and value realization for clients.

Deloitte's Cyber Operate teams manage clients' critical cyber assets either as a fully managed service or in partnership with clients. They deliver skilled talent, cutting-edge technologies, and robust processes to operate client cyber capabilities. This includes:

• Security Operations
• Threat Intelligence
• Application Security
• Business Transformation
• Continuous Compliance
  
  

Cyber Operate team focuses on efficiently running operations by enabling automation, reducing manual effort and adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) based on the standards set by clients.

Qualifications:

Must have skills/ Project experience/ Certifications:

• 7 to 10 years of experience, with at least 5 years supporting Saviynt in managed services, including leading major support programs and service delivery teams.
• Advanced expertise in day-to-day Saviynt operations: managing incidents, root cause analysis, optimization, and audit/compliance procedures.
• Significant exposure to leading medium-to-large Saviynt enhancement/implementation projects.
• Excellent grasp of ITSM frameworks, governance, continuous improvement, and service reporting.
• Strong troubleshooting, team leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Highly desirable to hold advanced Saviynt, IAM, or ITIL certifications.
  
  

Good to have skills/ Project experience/ Certifications:

• Experience managing multi-client, multi-region Saviynt operations.
• Expertise in integrating Saviynt with other enterprise platforms.
• Participation in industry best practices, whitepaper development, and advanced process automation.
• Advanced certifications (ITIL Expert, Saviynt Architect, CISSP, etc.).
  
  

Education:

• BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university

• Bengaluru/ Hyderabad/ Pune/ Kolkata/ Chennai
  
  

Shift Timings:

• Flexibility for night, weekend, and holiday coverage is essential.
• Must be willing to work 24*7 rotational shifts
• On call support required based on project assignments
