Summary

Position Summary

USI Audit & Assurance – c – Pigment

The FP&A implementation Senior will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting services to clients, focusing on the implementation and optimization of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) systems. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business needs, configuring FP&A solutions, and ensuring successful deployment and adoption. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, consulting, and systems implementation.

Responsibilities

As a Cloud Strategy & Implementation Pigment consultant, you will implement and deploy Pigment solutions:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within the client’s FP&A function.
  • Design and implement best practices for financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of Pigment FP&A software for clients.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards to support client decision-making.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports to provide insights into financial performance.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy during the migration and integration processes.
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality and performance.
  • Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for client end-users.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for FP&A system users.
  • Create and maintain user documentation and system guides.
  • Manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met .

Skill Required

  • Experience :
  • Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in FP&A, finance, or accounting roles.
  • Proven experience in implementing FP&A systems (e.g., Pigment, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Hyperion).
  • Strong project management skills with a track record of leading successful implementations.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in FP&A software and tools.
  • Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Workday, SAP, Oracle) is desirable.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Educational qualification

  • MBA, CA, master's in accounting or finance , B.Tech.
  • Preferred certifications in: Anaplan, Hyperion, TM1.
