- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Promote and sell travel products and services to customers in the US market
- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate travel solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster repeat business
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team
- Prepare and present sales reports to management
- Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and operations, to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay updated with product knowledge and attend training sessions as required
