Job Overview

We are seeking a US IT Recruiter for training and placement offerings. This is a full-time position suitable for freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience. The role will be based in one of the following locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, or Madanapalle.

• Coordinating with clients and candidates to facilitate smooth interview processes and offer negotiations.
• Providing regular updates and feedback to training teams and management about candidate status and performance.
• Utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms to attract top talent.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements during the recruitment process.
