UrbanWallah - Seller Support Associate

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Seller Support Associate to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to make outbound calls to businesses and onboard them onto our platform. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Hindi, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages. Knowledge of South Indian languages (such as Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, or Malayalam) is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential business clients for onboarding purposes.
• Explain the company's products/services clearly and persuasively.
• Guide businesses through the onboarding process and ensure successful registration.
• Answer any queries and provide appropriate solutions to prospective clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with onboarded businesses.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for business onboarding.
• Maintain records of calls and update the CRM system with details of interactions.
• Coordinate with the internal team to resolve any issues faced by businesses during onboarding.
• Provide feedback to the team about common queries or challenges faced during calls.
  
  

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory).
• Knowledge of one or more South Indian languages (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  
  

Education And Experience

• Minimum qualification : Under-graduate/post-graduate.
• 1-2 years of experience in tele calling or a related field is preferred but not mandatory for freshers with strong communication skills.
  
  

Location : Coimbatore - Saravanampatti

Working Hours : 10 AM - 07 PM (Monday-Friday)
