Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for entire back end process of business, New initiative drive, day to day process related issues resolutions, New enhancements and Projects2.Engage with internal stakeholders like Risk, Marketing, Finance, COE & IT for smooth functioning of business 3.Design and execute promotion schemes with manufacturer/sales team 4.Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure all requirements of sales are timely addressed.5.Responsible for communications in terms of reports & analysis
- Post Graduate in Management from a good institute2.2 – 3 years of experience with at least 2 years in a similar role3.Capable of interacting with Teams and field members 4.Should be capable of understanding field issues and convert them into actionable and improvements5.Should have excellent communication & analytical skills along with strong presentation and data analytics skills6.Should be an excellent Team Player & Interpersonal Skills7.High motivational levels and being a self-starter are essentials
