UI / UX Designer

We are looking for a passionate UI/UX Designer with at least 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, in-depth knowledge of current web and mobile standards, and the ability to enhance all aspects of the user experience through optimized usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design. Additionally, the candidate will play a critical role in creating promo videos, flyers, digital product catalogs, and website designs aligned with brand and business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers, fostering creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
• Delegate tasks effectively while ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Develop UI mock-ups and prototypes that illustrate functionality and aesthetics for web, mobile, and digital product designs.
• Conceptualize and execute website designs to ensure a seamless user journey, aligning with branding and functionality goals.
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, sitemaps, wireframes, visual designs, flow diagrams, style guides, and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices.
• Design promo videos, flyers, product websites, and other creative assets required for marketing and branding purposes.
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e. g., responsiveness, and accessibility).
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback and testing.
• Create and maintain a digital product catalog that is visually engaging and easy to navigate.
• Adhere to style standards for fonts, colors, designs, and images to maintain brand consistency.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy that supports business and user needs.
  
  

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ Years.
• A portfolio showcasing professional UI/UX design work for web, mobile platforms, and digital content.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe XD, Sketch, framer, flutterflow, webflow, Wix Studio, InVision, Visio, and After Effects.
• Experience in creating website designs, promo videos, flyers, digital catalogs, and ideas for hard printings.
• Ability to create product illustrations, infographics, layouts for presentations, and GIFs.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic knowledge of HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript is an added advantage.
• Familiarity with testing UI elements, such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, and landing page links, to optimize performance.
• A clear understanding of user-centric design principles and design thinking processes.
