Treasury Middle Office Specialist

The role focuses on Treasury Accounting, IHB (In-House Bank) accounting, reporting, payment operations, and controls, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency across all Group Treasury processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly reporting of cash, debt, and foreign exchange positions for the Group Treasury Reporting.
• Review Group financial results with a focus on treasury-related items.
• Manage IHB (In-House Bank) accounting, reconciliations, and reporting to ensure compliance.
• Monitor foreign exchange and interest rate exposures (transaction & translation) in coordination with the Treasury Front Office.
• Perform deal controls to ensure accurate execution, booking, valuation, and accounting.
• Execute and oversee payment operations in line with internal policies.
• Support development and enhancement of Treasury policies, processes, and internal controls.
• Ensure proper execution, monitoring, and audit of treasury controls.
• Serve as key user of Kyriba TMS (Treasury Management System)
  
  

Requirements

• CA (Chartered Accountant), CMA (Certified Management Accountant) or ACT (Association of Corporate Treasurers), CTP (Certified Treasury Professional), CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in Treasury Operations.
• Strong expertise in treasury-related accounting and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated experience in hedge accounting practices.
• Proficient in ERP systems, with SAP being mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with Treasury Management Systems, preferably Kyriba.
• Good understanding of IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards).
• Competent in Power BI and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Willingness to work the Europe shift from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
