Dealing with customer queries and complaints on call or in meetings
Providing advice about visas or passports
Managing budgets of Tour Packages
Planning & Budgeting of Packages
Selling holiday Packages (Domestic & International)
Meeting profit or sales targets
Preparing promotional materials and displays
Must have good communication skills
Responsible for negotiating with the hotels and transport agencies to get the best deals possible.
