*Job Position Title: Associate, Transaction Processing Capital Market and Accounting Advisory Services - Assurance - Kolkata

*Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of approximately 8-10 transaction processors handling banking transactions such as deposits, payments, withdrawals, and loan operations
• Oversee daily transaction processing operations to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely completion across shifts
• Utilize transaction processing software proficiently and drive automation and process improvements
• Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and facilitate training to enhance skills and operational efficiency
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve escalated issues and implement best practices in transaction processing
• Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal controls within transaction processing activities
• Manage resource allocation and scheduling to accommodate shift timings effectively
• Prepare and present reports on team performance and operational metrics

*Mandatory skill sets

• Graduate or equivalent qualification
• Proficient in English (reading and writing)
• Experience of 7-10 years in transaction processing within banking, covering deposits, payments, withdrawals, and loan operations
• Available to work across shift timings
• Adept at using transaction processing software

*Preferred skill sets

• Strong knowledge of banking transaction operations and compliance requirements
• Experience driving process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
