We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Trainer to design and deliver training programs for farmers and company employees. The successful candidate will have a strong background in agriculture and training, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver training programs for farmers and company employees on agricultural best practices, product knowledge, and sales skills.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements and develop customized training solutions.
- Develop and maintain training materials, manuals, and resources.
- Deliver training programs using various methods, including classroom training, field training, and online training.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and impact, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, research, and developments.
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Education, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in training and development, preferably in the agriculture industry.
- Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, products, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to design and deliver training programs for diverse audiences.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Master's degree in Agriculture, Education, or a related field.
- Experience with online learning platforms and authoring tools.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
