The position reports to Team Lead, Training Operations is responsible to coordinate with Team Leaders, SMEs and Trainees to ensure efficient knowledge transfer to trainees during training.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to oversee and enhance training programs within the organization. This role involves scheduling and facilitating training, coordinating with stakeholders, supporting trainees during training, and leveraging data analytics to measure and improve training effectiveness. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth knowledge transfer and continuous learning while aligning training initiatives with business goals.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate training programs for new and existing employees, delivered by SMEs or self-led instruction
• Ensure training schedules are adhered to and trainees are seamlessly transitioned to operations on time
• Serve as a point of contact for trainees during their training until transition to Operations.
• Facilitate training programs initiated by the training team and support team’s learning initiatives
• Collate, monitor and analyze training effectiveness using reports, dashboards, and survey feedback
• Collaborate with the Operations QC Team to assess training impact and escalate performance issue

Requirements:

• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple training schedules and stakeholder expectations
• Experience in facilitating training, onboarding, and post-training support
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and training performance tracking
• Ability to interpret insights and make data-driven improvements to training programs
• Highly creative individual with balance of implementation and business knowledge as well as excellent ability to communicate concepts and design rationale
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, including data creation, data cleaning, data consolidation, pivot tables, lookups, dashboard creation, and ongoing reporting
  
  

Basic Qualifications:

• Full-Time Graduate
• Relevant experience of 3+ years in operations
• Experience in Training-related activities, Data Analysis is preferred
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Should have domain expertise in market research or from FMCG domain
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training methodologies (preferred)
• Should be solution-oriented individual and possess an ability to think out of the box
