Qualifications And Skills
- A bachelor's degree in any field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about education and helping students achieve their goals.
- Basic knowledge of the visa application process for Canada and Australia.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience in coaching or teaching is a plus.
- Fresher: Less than 1 year of experience.
- Deliver high-quality coaching and training sessions to students.
- Prepare study materials and curriculum based on the requirements of the students.
- Assess the progress of students and provide feedback for improvement.
- Provide guidance and assistance to students in the visa application process.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in the education and visa industry.
- Maintain a positive and motivating learning environment for students.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective coaching strategies.
- Attend workshops and training sessions to enhance coaching skills.
