Role Overview
Responsible for ensuring documentation accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in supporting DME accounts. The primary role is to maintain high-quality patient records that meet payer standards, streamline documentation processes, and collaborate effectively to resolve documentation or compliance issues.

The primary role is to maintain high-quality patient records that meet payer standards, streamline documentation processes, and collaborate effectively to resolve documentation or compliance issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Documentation Intake and Review
- Compliance Verification and Documentation Updates
- Order and Shipment Tracking
- Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement
- Work closely with Coding other relevant departments to ensure documentation meets all necessary standards.
- Life Science graduate
- 6 months to 1 year of experience
- Computer proficiency
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Adaptability to changing shift schedules
- Familiarity with medical terminology, especially anatomy and physiology
- Experience in healthcare, medical billing, or coding
