Job Overview

The Trade Marketing Executive for Staples Business at Reliance Consumer Products is a full-time position based in Bangalore, Pune and Lucknow. The role requires strong expertise in trade marketing and BTL execution, focusing on developing and implementing marketing strategies across various channels to drive business growth. Qualifications And Skills

  • Proven experience in trade marketing with a strong focus on below-the-line execution (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong understanding of promotional strategies to drive brand awareness and increase market presence.
  • Ability to conduct in-depth competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies and business decisions.
  • Experience in business development to identify and capitalize on business growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Knowledge of point of sale materials and how they're deployed to improve customer engagement.
  • Expertise in route to market strategies to enhance distribution and retail channel performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external teams.

  • Develop and execute trade marketing strategies aligned with business objectives to maximize brand visibility.
  • Coordinate below-the-line marketing activities, ensuring effective implementation and timely execution.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align trade marketing plans with business development goals.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders, including retailers and distributors.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate the design and distribution of point of sale materials to enhance brand presence in retail environments.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on trade marketing activities and performance for senior management review.
